We know that feeling clean and having a nice place to wash up is important- because it would be important to us- so we have fully renovated our bathhouse for your enjoyment!
Our waterside sites are some of the best that the Tennessee River Valley has to offer. With spectacular views, you will not want to leave!
Located in the middle of our property, the fire pit and gazebo area is a great place to gather to hangout and relax once the sun goes down.
Additionally, you can enjoy the large green space and dock in the back of the property to look out over the water and enjoy a cool breeze!
Jay Landings RV Park has a lot to offer, whether you’re a contractor, visiting for the weekend, or just passing through! With 66 gravel-filled, full hook-up sites we can accommodate any size camper. Our sites come with wireless internet availability, and we’re working on upgrading to bring you more speed. 14 of our sites sit on the lake, and all of them have river views for your enjoyment. Not only that, but we have made sure to locate our public gathering areas so that you can enjoy all of them without having to stray too far. Don’t forget to bring the hamburgers and hotdogs, because you can use our grills to make your lunch or dinner right there! On-site laundry facilities and our newly-renovated bathhouse will make your stay with us convenient and accessible.

Do you have small cabins for rent
No, we do not have cabins for rent. You may want to try Joe Wheeler State Park in Rogersville Alabama
Pet friendly?
Yes, but not owner friendly, if they do not pick up after their pet. 😉

Is there direct sewer hookups on RV sites?
We are a recreational campground with sewer on all sites. Please call the office at 256-350-4722, to discuss your individual needs.
Are you sites full hook-ups?
Yes.
Do allow people to set up tents in your RV sites?
We do not.
Is this a Good Sam Campground? And if so, is there a discount if I am a Good Sam member?
No, but we do offer military and cash discounts.

My apologies. I am just seeing this in this application. Did you call to inquire about availability?
Yes I was wondering why you advertise and charge for WiFi but do not have it for the whole park. And when you ask about it you get rude responses from the staff?
First, we do not charge for the free WiFi which is available throughout the original section of our property. Secondly, we have contracted with Spectrum for Highspeed internet and television services in the new section of our property, which was supposed to be implemented by July 1st. However, they have since delayed that to September 11th. I do not have control over their services. Again, what is available is free access.
Do you allow tear drop trailers in your rv park? And are utilities included in your monthly rent?
