Let’s be honest. If you are a current tenant or visited with us in the past, or if you’ve read some of our reviews, you know the road on the property is our biggest eyesore and hazard. You’ll be glad to know that we’re on the list with a contractor to eradicate this issue. While we won’t be able to fully complete the paving until the other projects are done, you’ll truly enjoy a base layer that will make your drive more pleasant. We’ll also be redirecting the road throughout the main part of our property as well as building an addition to the shop to house our new office and party room.

Wait no more for an exciting amenity; the pool has been ordered!!!! Completion on this project should be mid-May AT THE LATEST. It will be located near the current lift well behind RV sites 1, 2 and 3.

And speaking of RV sites, there are plans for 25 pull-through sites at the front of the property. Unfortunately it was determined that the project was going to take more than expected, so we can’t project the completion of this phase, but with so much expansion going on in the Decatur-Huntsville area, we hope to have this completed in the Fall, if not sooner. There are so many factors that will affect this, though, so we hope to see this happen as soon as possible.

Lastly, expect “Momma’s Bait Shak” at Jay Landings to be opening around May. We have leased the old office to a family who will open this bait store along with stocking minimal grocery items.

Our tenants and guests have been so very patient as we have waited for the right timing to undergo such positive changes on the property. At the completion of ALL new projects, the road will receive a nice layer of asphalt, and we’ll say goodbye to the dust!
